I literally, can not sleep. Tried everything on the planet, but to no avail. Two nights ago I tried Sleep for the first time, and let me tell you … wonderful!! Unbelievable product
I wasn’t sure what to expect but within 30 minutes of taking this supplement, my eye lids were closing. I had the best night of deep sleep and woke up feeling refreshed and with tons of energy. I love everything this company puts out, literally have every product in my cabinet and this was a magical addition to my routine! Thank you guys!
MUST BUY
I didn’t think it would be this good, but it is. Knocked me right out, no grogginess. I have been chronically stressed for years thanks to my job and my sleep is garbage. Complete gamechanger, ordering another one (sooner than expected because my dad came for vacation and used half the bottle it was so good).
Really works!
Not a big fan of the flavor, but my goodness is this stuff effective! I have a lot of anxiety, so I have trouble falling asleep. I am typically fast asleep within 30 minutes of taking this.
Well this is a first!
Checked my Oura ring this morning and i got the highest score in 2 yrs of tracking. They asked me to think back to what i did differently to get a high score. Only thing different was i took this supplement. First nite so we will see!
Mom hack
With two under two I struggle getting to sleep, staying asleep, and with many disruptions throughout the night found myself never truly falling into a deep sleep. This has change my life truly, I fall asleep within 30 min of taking this, wake when I’m needed and fall right back to sleep with easy and don’t have a groggy feeling in the morning. I can’t wait for bedtime
This stuff tastes amazing. I love chocolate but I’m sensitive to caffeine and try to limit how much I eat. I was worried this might actually keep me awake with the cacao. I am happy that not only can I fall asleep faster but when I have woken up in the middle of the night I still fall asleep quickly again. My mind seems calmer instead of running around as it likes to do. Still trying to work out why I’m waking up in the middle of the night. Was doing it before taking the supplement as well. But I have felt more awake after nights like that while taking this. Thank you Cymbiotika.
Vivid dreams
I took this two nights in a row along with the topical magnesium spray and was able to fall asleep very quickly. I knew I reached deep REM sleep because my dreams were SO vivid. The most vivid they had been in years. I did wake up in the middle of the night because of how vivid these dreams were. Not sure if anyone experienced this.
