Best pre on the market taste and performance great daily driver only suggestion would be make the serving size a half scoop bigger 12.5-25 that would give top tier dosing of everything doing that I get 16 servings per container and have the greatest workout every day also THANK you for not using creatine but still use beta the creatine bloats me but love beta alanine

I’ve been using intake for about a year. My Pre is 1scoop intake, 1scoop hydraulic2, 1/2 scoop Demo Day. If I need I have caffiene pills to up the caffiene. I love the versatility in this mix. If I need to adjust to 2x Hydraulic or 2x Intake, I can… Melonpop is an amazing watermelon flavor. Nearly every flavor from A&S has been a home run for me. I have no plans to leave the brand!
