As a dietary supplement, mix 1-2 scoops in 8 ounces of water 30 minutes prior to training. MegaWatt is mega powerful, so never exceed 2 scoops at a time and never exceed more than 2 scoops in a 24-hour period. While using MegaWatt, be sure to consume a minimum of 120 oz of water daily.

TOLERANCE ASSESSMENT PHASE: As with any dietary supplement, test your tolerance by taking 1 scoop with 6-8 ounces of water on an empty stomach 30-45 minutes before your workout. After tolerance has been determined by following the guidelines of the Tolerance Assessment Phase, you may consider taking 2 scoops, once daily with 6-8 ounces of water 30-45 minutes before workout and assess tolerance again. To maintain ideal hydration levels and to keep muscle cells fully saturated, always take MegaWatt with at least 6-8 ounces of water and drink at least 120 ounces of water over the course of the day. Continue to repeat the Tolerance Assessment Phase until you have reached your personal tolerance or you have reached a maximum of 2 scoops daily, whichever comes first. NEVER EXCEED 2 scoops per 24-hour period. DO NOT EXCEED RECOMMENDED USE. DO NOT TAKE TOO LATE IN THE DAY as the product may cause sleeplessness. If you have a sensitive stomach or find the product upsetting your stomach, try taking MegaWatt after a meal or with food instead of on an empty stomach. Cycle use of MegaWatt in a five (5) day on two (2) day off pattern. Use in a 12 week on, 2 week off pattern.
