I was surprised to find this melatonin actually worked seeing as how it was such a large capsule. Easy enough to take late at night and ensures anywhere from 4 up to 10 hours sleep. The dose is a little large being at 10 mg but doesn’t cause extreme exhaustion… I am happy with this vitamin even though
