SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement, for best results, take one (1) scoop – two (2) scoops daily. Due to the extreme strength of Shredabull Fire Pre-Workout™, to assess tolerance, begin with only half of a scoop for at least 3 days. If tolerance is confirmed, you may increase to one scoop, and then if you are an advanced trainer, progress to two scoops. Do not exceed 2 scoop servings in any 24 hour period under any circumstances. Never combine with other stimulant products. This product is a food supplement and should not be used as a replacement for a varied diet.
Contains high levels of caffeine per serving. Not recommended for children or pregnant or breast feeding women. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not take if you are under 18 years of age, if pregnant or breastfeeding, are chronically ill, or taking any prescription or over-the-counter medications. Discontinue use if you experience any adverse side effects. Never exceed the recommended dosage of 2 servings daily. Not suitable for caffeine free diets.
