For full effects: Mix 2 servings (2 scoops) with 24 oz. of water and drink immediately after your workout.
Simply fill your shaker cup with water, then add 1 or 2 scoops of CELL-TECH HYPER-BUILD and shake until fully mixed. Drink immediately!
