Clomiphene vs. Enclomiphene
Clomiphene is a mixture containing both enclomiphene and zuclomiphene.
Enclomiphene is the trans-isomer and is primarily associated with clomiphene’s estrogen-antagonistic activity at the hypothalamic level. Zuclomiphene has different estrogenic characteristics and a substantially longer persistence in the body.
